Kenneth Robert O’Neal is the President/CEO of KRONEAL Coaching and Training, headquartered in Kerrville, Texas. He is a Zig Ziglar Legacy Certified Coach and Trainer; Public Speaker; Mentor; Mediator; Business Executive and Personal Coach. Kenneth has worked for Deliotte/Touche as a CPA in Atlanta, Georgia and Houston, Texas.

He founded the accounting firm of O’Neal and White, CPAs in Houston and has more than 25 years of public accounting experience. Kenneth earned an accounting degree from The University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. He is ready to work with you to help you achieve a well-balanced life.

Meet Darryl.

Darryl Carnley is the dynamic founder of My360Project, a nonprofit dedicated to providing shoes, creating jobs, and delivering hope to underserved communities worldwide. Alongside his wife Pauline, Darryl leads innovative, sustainable projects that empower local artisans and transform lives with dignity and care.

With more than 25 years as a senior pastor, Darryl developed deep expertise in ministry leadership, nonprofit development, and building partnerships. His passion for missions, both local and international, drives the heart of My360Project, where every pair of handcrafted shoes represents opportunity, compassion, and lasting impact.
After spending 43 years in Alaska, Darryl and Pauline now call Middleton, Idaho, home. Married for 37 years, they are proud parents of three sons and grandparents of two grandsons. Through My360Project, Darryl continues to live out his calling to serve, inspire, and create sustainable change.

Meet Justin.

Justin Janowski launched Faith2Influence 6 years ago, just hoping to make it as an entrepreneur. God provided beyond what he could’ve imagined, and he collected over $250,000 in revenue his first year, using a simplified business model alongside high-integrity sales and marketing strategies.

He has now helped over 1,000 new to intermediate Christian Coaches and Entrepreneurs optimize their business plans, signature offers, and sales strategies so that they can scale their income and their impact.

Jackie Listen grew up on a small farm in Jones, Oklahoma, and spent 11 years as a full-time entrepreneur in real estate, experiencing firsthand the economic downturn of the 1980s. In 1992, he joined McClain County National Bank to market repossessed property, later rising to Vice President with a focus on ag lending. He went on to manage and serve as Sr. Vice President of a new branch in Noble, OK, where he built a nearly 28-year banking career.

In 2020, Jackie “re-fired” into entrepreneurship and now works as a certified Ziglar Legacy and Master Coach, helping companies grow and retain top performers. He is also a licensed Sales Associate with Gene Cobb Auction and Realty, serves on McClain Bank’s Board of Directors, and is a published author. Meet Coach.

Dr. Nathanial Hearne is passionate about developing leaders through character, purpose, and integrity. With more than 35 years of experience in education, ministry, and leadership, he has influenced countless lives. In the late 1980s, he made history as the first Black coach in the football program at Permian High School, featured in the bestselling book Friday Night Lights and its award-winning film and TV adaptations.

Beyond coaching, Dr. Hearne has served as principal, vice principal, and director of dropout prevention in Texas schools, as well as a pastor and leader with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
